Passenger side panel has large window, portion sliding with screen. There is a wrap around windshield curtain for night time privacy. Dual reclining fabric/leather captains seats, both with seat belts, arm rests and rear map pockets. Passenger seat is extra wide. Main fabric cushions show minor discoloration, medium wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes. Dash Gauges: digital odometer, digital trip odometer, speedometer, tachometer, fuel, temp., air, oil, volt, generator hour. Dash Switches/Controls: lights, wiper, mirror, defog, overhead fan, start/boost, generator, map, stereo, aux. 1. Cockpit has overhead lighting unit. . SLIDE-OUT: This coach is equipped with one slide-out which expands the living and dining area. Contains sofa sleeper, bench-style dinette/sleeper, windows, cabinets, lighting units, etc. Slide-out is trimmed-out in coordinating fabric and molding. Read below for more detailed description(s). LIVING AREA/ENTRY: Matching fabric/leather swivel recliner, main fabric cushions show medium wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes, does have seat belt. There is a mini dinette table that sits between the swivel and passenger seat, top folds down for storage; side-mounted phone jack and electrical outlet. Wall-mounted decorative lamp, sliding window with screen, fabric day/night blinds and decorative valance. Upper double-door cabinet with lower map/reading light and electrical outlet. Kitchen/Dining Area has 2 overhead lighting units, power vent and a smoke detector. . BATHROOM: Large center bathroom has 2 sliding wood divider doors, single sink, Corian-style counter top, lower double-door cabinet, tp holder, drawer. Counter height single-door medicine cabinet with side switch panels (pump, light, fan), and electrical outlet. Large mirror behind sink with vanity lights. Traveler toilet, upper towel bar, and single-door cabinet. Corner tub/shower combo with skylight, mounted/detachable shower head, shower door enclosure with 2 outer towel bars. Bathroom has large cabinet unit which consists of upper triple-door mirrored wardrobe cabinet, lower double-door cabinet, Corian-style ledge, lower double-door cabinet has some homemade shelving but it is plumbed and ready for a washer/dryer (washer/dryer not included), 3 drawers. Bathroom has overhead lighting unit, crank vent/fan. REAR BEDROOM: Rear bedroom with mattress with coordinating bedspread, pillows/shams and headboard. Large mirror at head-of-bed. There are 2 night stand units, each one consisting of upper mini mirrored wardrobe cabinet with side-mounted reading lamp (one has switch panel), Corian-style counter space, 3 lower drawers and electrical outlet. Double-door mirrored cabinet above head-of-bed. Cabinet unit near foot-of-bed consists of upper TV viewing cabinet which does include a television, large single-door wardrobe cabinet, lower single-door cabinet contains fuses, etc. Bedroom has 2 windows, both sliding with screens, fabric day/night blinds and decorative valances. Bedroom has an overhead crank vent and lighting unit. . SUMMARY: This is a nice coach. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc.). Carpet in cockpit, living area, dining area , bathroom and bedroom shows medium wear with some discoloration in dining area. Wood flooring in kitchen appears to be in good condition, showing some minor fading. Corian-style counter tops throughout all appear to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, as with any used coach, some may show some minor scuffs and or blemishes. Oak-colored cabinet throughout all open and close properly, some may show some minor fading. Dash appears to be in very good condition. Large 2-piece windshield is good (does have small stone chip on driver side). All other windows are good. Everything else we checked and/or tested at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, LP leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions, rear view camera and monitor), hydraulic leveling jacks, slide-out, lights and markers, and generator.
