The 2005 Winnebago ITASCA SUNCRUISER  38J is 38 feet, nine inches in length and has an exterior height of 11 feet, six inches. The exterior width of the vehicle is eight feet, six inches, while the exterior storage is 83 cubic feet. Inside the motor home, the height is six feet, eight inches, and the width is eight feet, one inch. The wheelbase is 248 inches. The fuel tank can hold up to 75 gallons of fuel, while the fresh water capacity with heater is 92 gallons. The black holding tank can contain 51 gallons, and the gray holding tank can contain 54 gallons.

Automotive

The 38J model of the 2005 Winnebago ITASCA SUNCRUISER  has the elements of the Chassis E. It contains a Workhorse 8.1-liter Vortec V-8 engine. Its horsepower is 340, and it has an Allison 1000 electronic five-speed overdrive transmission. The SUNCRUISER is also equipped with a 145-amp alternator and four-wheel ABS. The standard version of the motor home comes with HWH hydraulic leveling jacks that have a manual touch pad with a chime.

Systems

The 38J comes with a variety of systems for passenger safety and comfort. The standard version has a 5,500-watt Onan Marquis Gold gas generator, a central air heat pump and an auxiliary automotive heater. The motor home uses a Oneplace Systems Center for energy management to control electricity, heating and water control. The solar panel is a 10-watt battery charger, and the True Level holding tank monitoring system has a 10-gallon electronic ignition
