2000 Holiday Rambler Admiral Ultra Clean 30 Foot Motor Home Details

Two owners since new, never smoked in. Interior has pastel greens and beige fabrics with oatmeal colored drapes and shades; light oak wooden cabinet fronts; white vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath and hall; Window shades are dual purpose for light filtering and/or complete privacy. Motorhome is very bright, cheery and airy. Bedroom is outfitted with queen size bed, large wall mirror, lots of storage, emergency exit, overhead ceiling skylight/vent. Commode,vanity sink and storage make up the bathroom. Across the hall is the shower. Both rooms have overhead skylight/vents. The coach has "full basement" storage. Gray water, black water and fresh water holding tanks of approximately 80 gallons each.The kitchen has a double stainless steel sink, a microwave/convection oven, a three burner lp gas stove and a generous sized lp gas/ electric refrigerator/ freezer plus several storage drawers and cabinets. The "great room" holds a jack-knife sofa bed, an expanding table with two standard oak chairs and two folding oak chairs plus the overstuffed swivel captains chairs used by the driver and passenger. There are TVs in the great room and the bedroom. A stereo am/fm/cd player system plays throughout the home. Central lp gas heat with electric air conditioning throughout. Hydraulic jacks are controlled from the cockpit. Electrical system is 30 amp with inverter. All windows have screens. The drivetrain is all FORD with a V-10 engine and automatic overdrive transmission. Back up sound camera is very handy. Coach has 2" receiver style trailer hitch with electric brake connections to pull a trailer. Tires are KUMHO and about 5 years old. Electric folding entry steps at the door. Carefree awning. This motorhome is exceptionally clean and comfortable; I lived in it for seven plus months. Includes built-in Generac NP-50G generator with 267 hours since new.
