This trailer that you are bidding on is a FEMA trailer purchased from a government auction. These trailers are built exactly like any other brand, with the exception that they are park models, meaning that they do not have holding tanks. You can buy a holding tank at any camper supply store or can hook up to the sewage at any RV park. These campers are perfect for travel, camping or for use at hunting clubs. We have had 4 previous public auctions, each selling 150+ of these same campers and are now offering them to those who are further away and were unable to attend our auction.

  

These trailers are 32 feet long from hitch to bumper. They are 8 feet wide. They have both electric brakes and also emergency brakes. Each camper is designed to sleep 8 people. There is a private Master bedroom that has a full size bed. There are also a set of bunk beds, a fold out couch that makes out into a double bed and also a dining table that makes out into a double bed. They are all furnished with a full size refrigerator (one that is found inside a house, not the ones generally found in campers), 3 burner gas range stove with an oven and oven hood, microwave, central a/c and heat, double sink and gas operated hot water heater. The bathroom has amenities such as a household style toilet (not the ones generally found in campers), sink and a standup shower. There is a lot of storage located in these trailers. There are 2 closets (a large one and a smaller one). Storage can also be found under the bunk beds.

 

We have replaced all of the roof vents on our trailers. Electrical Services are 110/12 volt converter and 30 Amp plug. The trailers require a 2 5/16 inch ball not a 2 inch. The tires on theses trailers are 5 hole lug pattern, 14 inch tires. There is NO spare tire. The trailer lights require a 6-way prong plug. A 3/4 ton truck is best for hauling due to these trailers weigh 6,000 pounds. We do not currently provide shipping on these units. You may contact the transporter of your choice. These campers are selling fast and the opportunity to buy is coming to an end, so act fast while they are still available. Remember all of these trailers in Alabama are mostly UNUSED, the roof vents have been replaced on all trailers, and most of them are in Excellent condition.

All campers have a government issued title which will be mailed to you via certified mail within 30 days of auction close. A $190 documentation fee will be assessed to each unit and added on to your total to cover all title and notary fees. Payment shall be made within 3 days of auction close. You have exactly 10 days from the day your auction closes to pick up your trailer. Please make transportation arrangements as soon as possible, see Circle S Trucking Info above. The yard in Selma, Alabama is located at 29 Meadowcraft Pkwy, Selma, AL 36701. Hours of daily operation are Monday through Saturday 8 am to 5 pm. You must arrive by 4 pm to be loaded out by 5 pm.
