All of our new units come with full manufacturer's warranty which varies by brand. We do also offer a variety of extended warranty options for both new and many pre-used units. Inquire for our exended warranty program details! All appliances on our pre-used units are tested and work as they should at the time of sale. We will be happy to completely demonstrate this in-person to our customers prior to their final payment. Many warranties will also cover service done at other dealerships and outside repair shops too- so you might not necessarily have to bring the unit here for service. Warranties are also valid in Canada.
Will you accept my trade-in?
Yes, we accept trade-ins and we are able to provide you with a quick estimate through phone or email. Your trade-in value will vary according to the brand, model, year, options and condition. We offer trade-in value according to anticipated wholesale auction value. In some cases, it may be to your advantage to sell your trade yourself. Our full trade-in value is only offered on units brought to our facility for inspection.
Do you deliver units? To Canada?
We can deliver our units just about anywhere in the continental United States. Our shipping rates are very competitive (generally $1.35 / mile). For deliveries to Canada, we deliver to your nearest US border crossing or can contract a delivery agent to bring the unit over the border. Inquire for rates.
Do you provide service?
Yes! Our ten-bay service facility is staffed by RVIA certified technicians who handle everything from simple adjustments and warranty work to complete RV overhauls.
Do you carry parts and accessories?
Yes! Our parts store is stocked with many of the parts and accessories to go with your RV. If a part needs to be ordered, our knowledgeable parts department staff will get you the right part at the right price and right on time.
