About this item...

Normally, the RVs that you are viewing are REPO units or trade ins. This means that this is your

chance to own a nice RV for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed. So, please do not expect a new or perfect unit, please expect a nice 15 year old RV.

This motorhome is approx 35 foot.

This motorhome is NOT nice, as compared to a new one or next to new, this RV is in

decent condition. It is 15 years old.

There are 2 roof AC unit that works.

There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.

This RV is in nice shape.

Please consider that it is 15 years old, and has been used.

This means the RV is not new so please do not expect new, it has been used.

If you are expecting a 15 year old RV that is USED this is it.

I generally state, just to cover myself, this motorhome does look better in pictures than

in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.

There are no known roof leaks at this time.

This RV can sleep a total of 6.

The sofa converts to a bed for 2 kids.

The dinette converts to a bed to sleep 2 kids.

The bed in the rear sleeps 2 adults.

The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but

nothing to be concerned about.

This RV has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory.

Also, the curtains and cushions are usually worn and may not operate perfectly on some of these older units.

I do not think you would have any trouble although I can NOT guarantee anything.

This RV is nice not perfect.

I now feel that I have described this RV. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive.

When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, We will have your item 'powered up' so you can feel confident that the RV functions as described in this ebay ad.

All that we require is a 48 hour notice so we can have your item ready for your arrival. (Unless other arrangements are made after the auction ends)

If you fail to give us a 48 hour notice we will NOT have adequate time to have your item

'powered up' for your complete inspection.

We are here to sell our inventory fast and we only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 300 units in 2010. We sold over 100 units in the 1st quarter of 2011 alone!!! YES, We are very proud of Our selling average of 30+ a month units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because they are NOT NEW or PERFECT they are USED and CHEAP. So we are unable to take much time to completely check out every thing on each unit.

We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the

generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly.

We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! This is a used RV.

The units we are selling are 4-20 years old and at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price that in some cases or often times could use (and most of the time will require) some TLC. They are not perfect, they start aging and things start to break on them from the day they are built (Just like Yourself..)

The item you are bidding on can be picked up Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5pm ONLY. (again unless arragnements are made) It usually takes 1-2 hours to complete the sale process of a RV (and it can take as little time as 20 min.) Ebay items cannot be picked up after these hours, thank you for understanding, and looking at our items.

If you do NOT call to set up an appointment then your Unit will NOT be ready for pickup. We typically sell about 30 units per month to ebayers so Scheduling is important.

If you just show up, you might arrive when another ebayer is already here and we might be too busy to wait on you, that is, if another ebayer has called to set up appointment and we are busy with them. So, please for your benefit, call to set up an appointment so we can have your Unit ready for delivery to save you time.

Terms of Sale: 1000 Non-Refundable deposit due with 48 hrs. after auction ends paid by Bank Wire Transfer, money order or cashiers check (Paid payable to Trucks Plus 1090 Manchester Ave Wabash, IN 46992. You can send it Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Or You can send a Bank wire transfer (Call and we can Fax, Email, or Text you the wire info). We understand that if the auction sells on a weekend, that it will take a couple extra days.) Balance to be paid within 7 days. We will give you $50 when you get here ask us how..) We will Store the Unit for Free for 30 Days.. If you from the following States (AZ, CA, FL, HI, MA, MI, MS, NC, SC, Mexico and Canada) There is 7% sales tax on all of IN sales in state or out of state, you will receive a IN State ST-108 Tax form that will transfer the tax you paid to your state so you pay no tax there. (All other States are Exempt. This is not Our Rule it is Indiana Dept. of Revenues Rule if you have any Indepth Questions Please call them) There will be $100 title, tags, and documentation fee. No other charges. If you have Zero Feedback or more than Three Negatives in the last three months You Must Call First or Your Bid Will Not Be Accepted and you will be blocked from bidding again. If the Unit being sold still has factory warranty it can be transferred to you. If the Unit is over five years old we can not sell a warranty with it. All Vehicles that are 10 Years Old or Older in the State of IN are Sold Miles Exempt, this means that the title will read miles exempt, again not our rule, it is Indiana's rule.. This Unit is being Sold ASIS Where Is with No Warranty Expressed or Implied. (we can't sell a warranty on a 15 year old unit.) It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied themselves as to the condition and value and to bid and buy based upon that judgement solely. Most of our Units are Bank Repos, so there is no guarantee that it will have all the keys or remotes for tv's.

All vehicles are used most like trade ins or repos and with any used vehicle it may or may not have chips, scratches, dings, dents, cracks, delamination, fading or other imperfections from normal use, look at pictures closely or ask questions. We will always try to describe our vehicles to the best of our ability. We do visual inspections only. We do not do mechanical inspections. Most of our units are driven 200-300+ miles. If we come across something that does not work we repair it or list it in our ads as not working. Please inspect and make a decision if the tires will perform as needed for the trip home when you arrive, we will not replace or repair any tires after it has left our lot. We are not set up to work on dash a/c’s, Some dash airs need recharged/repaired due to "set up time". May be missing compartment/hatch door keys, door lock keys, owner manuals, floor mats, and navigation disks (if applicable), etc. This is a used vehicle.
