This awesome coach features three large slideouts, bunk beds with drop down dvd players, home theater system, and sleeps up to eight people. This unit is powered by a 362HP Ford V10 engine with only 11,300 miles. The Carfax History is spotless and this unit qualifies for their Buyback Guarantee. This motor home is still under Ford factory warranty. Exterior The exterior fiberglass walls and roof are in excellent condition. The paint and graphics are gorgeous and in great condition. There may be a very minor nick or scratch somewhere, but nothing beyond normal wear. This motor home looks very close to new. The exterior features of this coach include two roof mounted air conditioners, clean and spacious storage compartments, trailer hitch, Alcoa aluminum wheels, rear camera, fully automatic four point leveling system, roof ladder, roof-top luggage rack, fully automatic color coordinated patio awning, and Generac 6500kw generator. The 22.5" tires look like new. Interior The interior has many residential style features that make it feel like home. The lounge and bedroom slideouts create spacious areas to entertain or just relax. Both areas feature decor lighting, pleated shades, and deluxe wood cabinetry. The lounge is very nice and clean and does not appear to have ever been smoked in. There are no unpleasant odors of any kind. I did not see any stains or discoloration in the carpet or furniture. The front captains chairs swivel to create a nice conversation area with the galley seating. The sofa has seatbelts and converts to a full bed and the dinette has storage underneath and also converts to an extra place to sleep. The barrel chair slides and swivels and has a seatbelt. The kitchen is spacious and includes a large pantry and abundant drawer space. It is equipped with a double sink with high spout faucet, 3 burner gas cooktop, convection/microwave oven, range oven, solid surface countertops, and a two door refrigerator with raised wood panel doors. All of the appliances are stainless steel. The countertop has had a minor surface repair behind the range(no big deal) and there is a minor blemish in the kitchen floor vinyl, but it is close to the wall and barely visible. The master suite is gorgeous. The slideout creates a huge bedroom with queen bed, lined and mirrored wardrobe, color TV, spacious drawers, and a large rear window that gives the room a light and open feel. The hallway bunk beds include reading lights, privacy drapes, and drop down dvd players with head phones. There is also recessed linen storage across from the bunks. The cockpit features comfortable seating, power sideview mirrors with heat, rear vision monitor, am/fm/cd player with weatherband, dash ac and heat, dash fans, tilt wheel, and cruise control. Finally, all of the electrical, plumbing and HVAC have been checked and are working properly. The Generac 6500 generator has only 200 hours and easily powers all systems running at the same time. The coach has 50 amp service and will include a 50 to 30 amp adaptor. We have two full sets of keys along with the tv remotes and appliance manuals for this unit. The engine oil and filter have been changed and all fluid levels, belts and hoses have been visually inspected and serviced if needed. This unit is still under Ford Factory Warranty. All of the systems and appliances have been tested and are in good working condition.
