It is in fantastic overall condition and the low miles are very apparent based on the looks! Obviously it's not brand new or it would be astronomically more! For a 2004 coach, this Motorhome is one of the best on the market for its year and price point! With 4k miles it is no where near broken in yet! Once you set your eyes on this Georgetown you will be thrilled with your purchase decision! The exterior shows no signs of damage anywhere and other than a few small scuffs/scratches (which we had touched up for the next owner) & normal light wear, it's in pristine condition as shown in the photos! From the second the electronic drop down step engages as you open the door you instantly draw an attraction to the condition as you step into the coach. The interior is phenomenal with no real signs of use. You could easily think that it is only a year or two old tops! Flip the battery switch, power out the 3 slides and watch this baby transform into a house on wheels! You also can feel at ease with guests on board since they'll not only have their own seating & sleeping area with the fold out sofa/bed but they'll also have their own restroom so your master bed/bath doesn't get rummaged through. Speaking of master quarters, you'll have a privacy door to separate you from everyone else along with your own private TV, queen sized bed which pops up for storage underneath, master bathroom with separate door & privacy shades and your own temperature control to keep you cozy as you relax. There's plenty of storage inside in the numerous natural oak cabinetry as well as underneath in the storage compartments along with a shower outside in case you get too dirty to come inside and a very nice pull down awning to keep the sun rays off your back on those hot days. If it gets too hot out don't panic, you have 3 air conditioners inside to keep you cool and we've tested them, they work very good. Once you're done enjoying yourself, just button it up and head on down the road to your next destination. While you are behind the wheel you will notice the excellent driving manners that it displays immediately. With only 4k miles and a fresh service & inspection, it's plenty road worthy and ready to go anywhere. You can fly in and drive it home just as many of our past clients have done. Or just drive out in a car that's able to be towed behind a coach and drive them both back, there's a 3,500lb hitch on the back for a nice light duty vehicle to get you around tight places if you decide to set up camp some place. While in service we did a full inspection to ensure new owner satisfaction plus while in service we did some routine maintenance that included all new batteries (3 in total), an oil change with oil filter change was completed, a new engine air filter was installed, a new engine serpentine belt was installed, the air conditioning system was fully serviced, we replaced the front shocks and serviced the generator with a new spark plug & fluid with filter change. As an important detail in maintaining an RV, we had the roof resealed using Artic Seal Fibered Roof Coating. This is a highly important aspect of your regular scheduled maintenance and one that is often overlooked. No worries, we took care of it for you!
