     1997 Beaver Patriot Trenton 37 ft.    Very nice well maintained.  330 catapiller with  6 speed transmission on Magnum Air 8 air bag chassis, Automatic air leveling,  Aqua-Hot heat and hot water system. 7.5 Onan diesel generator on front power slide out, 2 slide-out storage trays,  Paint is slick and shinny. Interior is original and in good clean condition. rear queen bed, ceramic title floor in bath and galley, private stool room, corian counter tops, beautiful hardwood cabinets, stand a lone ice maker, central vacuum system, Delco surround sound system with dash Fm/Am/Cd/Cassette radio also 10 disc CD changer with remote.

      Updates;   New refrigerator, bathroom sink, radius corner mattress, front 27" flat panel tv, 2 new fantastic vent fans with roof covers, new HWH leveling control pad, Goodyear G670 tires, House and chassis batteries, King Dome in motion satellite system, Roof AC units have been cleaned new fan motors and top covers replaced

       Recent maintenance;  engine oil and filter ( rotella ) ,fuel filters, hyd filter  antifreeze changed new hoses and thermostat, rear-end oil changed, generator oil and filter changed also fuel filter and fuel hoses changed, aqua-hot serv new fuel filter and fuel lines,

       Right windshield has a crack on the far right side along the windshield post, The dash AC is not working it will work when charged but has a feon leak.

       Just returned from winter in Florida.
